Building insurance is required by all owners/renters. Please provide our Wickham Park Manager from Sentry Management with a copy of your policy for our files. Wickham Park Homeowner Association must be listed on your policy as additionally insured.
Our community Clubhouse reservations can be made by any Wickham Park property owner. It is available to residents on a first come first request basis. Clubhouse reservations guidelines and reservation fees are described in the “Clubhouse Reservation User Agreement.pdf” document that can be found in the Documents section.
To request a Clubhouse reservation, complete the “Clubhouse Reservation User Agreement.pdf” document that can be found in the Documents section.
Completed application forms are to be set to our Wickham Park Manager from Sentry Management.
Our community pool area is restricted to residents, renters and their guests. Entry to the pool area requires a pool access card. Residents can obtain replacement access cards. To obtain a replacement card, complete the “FORM WICKHAM PARK GATECARD.pdf” document that can be found in the Documents section. Please contact our Wickham Park Manager from Sentry Management for additional information.
We welcome your use of the community pool, however; please help us by straightening the pool furniture after use and do not bring drinks (water is permitted) or food inside of the fenced pool area. GLASS is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Pets are not allowed in the fence pool area.
Pool hours are from dawn to dusk.
